No. Both suites have an independent entrance directly from the street, with no shared spaces. You won’t cross anyone.

Yes. Both Novellini hot tubs work 365 days a year, 24 hours a day.

For small private events (milestone birthdays, anniversaries) usually yes. For larger or public events, write to us and let’s discuss.

Yes. Single-storey house, fully enclosed garden, cot available on request.

Baby box / travel cot available on request in Suite 02.

Yes. They’re allowed and welcome. For long stays we can arrange dedicated terms — write to us.

Yes. Fast Wi-Fi, ethernet connection, dedicated desk, and in Suite 02 blackout curtains for video calls.

Italian, English. We can manage basic conversations in German and French. For detailed requests, email works well even with a translator.
