Suite al Borgo — Pool at night

The spa is in the house. And there’s no extra charge.

Steam room, Finnish sauna, two heated outdoor hot tubs. Nothing is an extra. Everything is already yours for as long as you stay.

Stone, water, fire, green. Four ways to feel good.

🪨

Stone

Baths carved from the rock, hand-shaped basins, travertine and basalt floors — worked in the family workshop. Cold in the morning, warm after the sun, smooth where it matters, rough where it wants to be. You live it with your hands too, not just your eyes.

💧

Water

Three forms of water in the villa: the Novellini Moon six-person overflow hot tub, heated and available 365 days a year, 24 hours a day in Suite 01 — connectable via Bluetooth to your own device for the soundtrack of the moment — the Novellini Divina four-person hot tub in Suite 02, always available, and the double showers with rain heads and cascade jets. Water sounds different depending on where you meet it.

🔥

Fire

Natural-line steam room in Suite 01 — aromatic steam, stone walls, humid heat. Private Finnish sauna in Suite 02 — dry heat, wood, Nordic tradition. Two opposite ways to sweat, two different sensory experiences. Always yours, no timetables, no bookings.

🌿

Green

Fully enclosed private gardens. Ancient olive trees in the courtyards of both suites, alongside the aromatic herbs of the Mediterranean scrub — helichrysum, lavender, rosemary — that scent the air and change with the seasons. The rooftop solarium, where on evenings you can see the sky of the Sardinian plateau, far from the coast’s lights. Sunbeds, outdoor dining areas, space to sit in silence.

Daniele works the stone a few minutes from here.

Stone Art is the workshop that Daniele and his partner Gianfranco opened in 2004. Natural stone has been worked there for over 20 years. When he and Alice decided to renovate the house in Sant’Agostino, he brought into the house what he does in the workshop: baths, basins, floors, details — all made by hand, all in natural stone.

It wasn’t an exercise in style. It was the most direct way to make a house that tells you where the people who live in it come from.

On request, during your stay, you can visit the workshop. It’s not a tourist tour — it’s where he works every day.

Everything you find in the two suites.
