When you plan a group trip there’s always that thought: we’re all sleeping in the same place, but will we have enough space? The Whole Villa answers that. Two real, independent suites, each with its own kitchen, its own bathroom, its own living area. When you want to be together, there’s the hot tubs, the garden, the solarium. When one wants to read, another wants a sauna, a third wants to sleep in — everyone has their own door.
It works for families with grown children, groups of friends who have known each other for a lifetime, couples travelling together, important birthdays, wedding anniversaries, small retreats. Everything where it’s worth sleeping under the same roof, but not necessarily in the same room.

Full amenities
Two fully equipped independent kitchens (oven, induction, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, wine rack, espresso machine, wine glasses). Two washing machines, two dryers. Air conditioning and heating in both suites. Fast Wi-Fi throughout the villa. Safe. Towels, sheets, toiletries included.

Smoke alarms, carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers, first aid kits in both suites.

Extended families
Parents in one suite, grown-up children (with partners or kids) in the other. Breakfast together in the garden, dinner for everyone — but at night, everyone has their own space. Cot available on request.

Four couples, two families, six lifelong friends. The villa lets you be together all day and retreat when someone wants to read or take a sauna in peace.
Important birthdays and anniversaries
Fifty years, twenty-five of marriage, a graduation, a new job. Everything that deserves a whole house, the heated hot tubs, and a table for eight under the sky.
Small retreats
Yoga, writing, creative work, family meetings that really need to happen. The secluded but convenient location on the Sardinian plateau helps.

Yes. There are two complete kitchens and dining areas both inside and outside. On request, we can recommend local catering or a private chef.
Yes. Cot available on request. The house is on a single floor with no internal stairs. The garden is fully enclosed.
